My favorite part of reduce, reuse, recycle is reuse.
I like to wear clothes until they fall apart, mostly because they just took so long to find. After years nestled in my wardrobe, each item extends a little personality. Luckily, I married someone who believes the same thing.
This weekend’s labor of love was mending Tyrone’s Polvo shirt.
That is the definition of indie rock love. He has such cool shirts. I went on to sew on 5 more buttons and fix other holes and hems on non-t-shirts. T-shirts are so much harder to mend, but there is something satisfying about working the tiny knit back together.
Crafted multiple other things, but put them all in the craft blog bank. Soon I won’t have time to craft much or be able to transfer pictures from our camera.
